Congratulations! Linda Heiß received the Christian Bürkert Foundation Prize of the University of Stuttgart for her Master’s thesis entitled “Stories Behind Places: The Significance of Public Usable Space for Residents of Informal Settlements in Dar es Salaam, Tandale, Tanzania”. The research was conducted in 2022 with the support of the “Dar es Salaam City Lab” at Ardhi University.
The prize was awarded during the annual celebration of the University of Stuttgart, which took place on 15 November 2024.
