As a member of the higher education network for global partnerships Baden-Württemberg (“Hochschulnetzwerk für globale Partnerschaften Baden-Württemberg”), the Department for International Urbanism has participated at this year’s SDG University Day Baden-Württemberg. The event took place at the University of Applied Sciences in Kehl on June 28th 2024. The focus was on SDG 11 “Make cities inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable” and different representatives from city administrations, academia and civil society discussed their roles in sustainable development. IUSD Stuttgart had the opportunity to present itself at the “Market of Opportunities” along other interesting organisations and institutions.
