With a talk on “Co-Production of Knowledge & reality-based teaching. Experiences from Cairo & Stuttgart”, Astrid Ley contributes the keynote to the symposium “Role of Universities in the Arab Region: Towards Sustainable Built Environment” at Amman, Jordan.
Hosted by the School of Architecture and Built Environment’s campus in Jabal Amman, at the German Lounge (Dialogpunkt), the conference will discuss key topics related to scientific research, teaching pedagogy and future plans to develop them in cooperation with universities and industry. The event will include presentations related to several projects funded by the “German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)”.
